Creating a Landing Page Form Instructions:

Full Name:

Please provide your full name.

Phone:

Enter your contact phone number.

Email:

Provide your email address for communication.

Business Name (MarketmySTR Account Name):

Enter your business or MarketmySTR account name.

Property Name:
Specify the name of the property you want to create a landing page for. Note that one landing page is designated to showcase one property only.

Logo:
Upload your business or property logo.

Images Google Drive Folder Link:

Follow these steps to create a Google Drive folder for your images and share it as "Anyone with the link can view" so we can access the files:

• Go to Google Drive: Open Google Drive (drive.google.com).

• Create a New Folder: Click on the "+ New" button on the left-hand side and select "Folder."

• Name the Folder: Give your folder a name, e.g., "PropertyName Landing Page Images."

• Upload Images: Upload all the images you want to use on the landing page into this folder.

• Share the Folder:

  - Right-click on the folder.

  - Select "Share.

  - "Click on "Copy link" and ensure that you set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view."

• Paste the Link Here: Paste the shared link here.

Choose Template or provide us the link to the landing page you want to create:

• Templates: If you prefer one of our available STR Landing Page Templates (1, 2, 3, or 4), please select the template number.

• Custom Design: If you have a specific landing page design in mind and it's hosted on Leadpages or any other platform, provide the link to that landing page so we can recreate it for you.

Landing Page Text Content Document Link:

• Create a Google Docs document with your landing page text content.

• Share the document with the sharing settings set to "Anyone with the link can view."

• Paste the shared document link here.

Widget Preferences:

• Booking widget: If you have a booking widget from your Property Management System (PMS) like ownerez, houfy, hospitable, etc., obtain the booking embed code and paste it into the respective field.

• Review Widget: Follow the same process as the booking widget to provide us with the review widget code.
